Cannes Lions 2023: Aumenta a representatividade asiática no maior festival de criatividade do mundo

O Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity é o maior evento do mundo no segmento de publicidade e criatividade, que há quase 70 anos premia os melhores trabalhos do setor. Em 2023, o festival será realizado de 17 a 21 de junho na cidade de Cannes, na França, e apresenta um cenário nunca antes visto de diversidade e representatividade, que vem crescendo ano após ano.

A presença de jurados asiáticos, vindos de países como China, Japão e Coreia do Sul, é um reflexo da importância que a região tem ganhado no cenário mundial da publicidade e da criatividade. A representação asiática é fundamental, já que a Ásia é o continente mais populoso do mundo, com mais de 4,6 bilhões de habitantes e um mercado publicitário em constante crescimento.

Além disso, o júri deste ano terá a maior representação de África e Oriente Médio na história do evento, demonstrando um esforço em promover a diversidade e inclusão na escolha dos melhores trabalhos. Com essa diversidade, o Cannes Lions busca reconhecer o trabalho criativo de profissionais de diferentes países, culturas e origens.

O festival de cinco dias em Cannes irá premiar o melhor trabalho de mais de 290 especialistas de 46 países, que vão avaliar a criatividade de campanhas publicitárias em diferentes categorias. As marcas mais recentes incluem Experian, Globacom, HSBC, Hulu, Kimberly-ClarkMojang Studios, Nedbank, Safaricom, Suntory Brands e Vodacom.
